I get many people who find my work from a space of feeling really challenged.
Anxiety, depression, low energy levels, weird physical ailments, memory/brain function issues, sleeping issues… many body issues that are impacting together to create a barrier that’s preventing not only awareness and expansion, but also basic daily functioning and enjoyment.
I know these things first hand. Over the years it seemed as though my body was breaking down and becoming more unstable. Emotions all over the map, energy levels dropping, food allergies kicking in, depression, anxiety, brain fog… yet all my blood tests and doctor’s appointments came back empty-handed. I even worked with some very talented Nutritionists, Naturopathic and Functional Medicine doctors and after years of digging, still could not find anything to explain my body’s growing pile of issues.
I had found that I could energetically “clear” a lot of physical ailments and balance things with strategic clearings, but it would only last a short time and so it seemed like I was constantly clearing and not really making forward progress.
In this article, I want to share with you the “big picture” of what I’ve learned about “life in a body” that has been helpful to me in improving my quality of life and overcoming a lot of the funky things that used to shut me down.
1. Being & Body are a team, you need to support & protect your Body
Much of what I teach people is how to become aware of how the “Being” (you the essence/spirit) can be messed with and how to change it. And for those people whose life is going really well, this can be all that’s required to learn.
But if you are anything like me, your Body has also been messed with. And if your body is not functioning correctly, you find you’re becoming limited from within.
I used to think that I the Being could do anything all on my own, but I came to realize the hard way, that if my body was not functioning it shuts me down too. So there actually needs to be teamwork with body & being. So I need to attend deeply to my body’s needs as well as my own.
If you’ve reached a level of consciousness where you can clear and create change, yet it only lasts a short time, and you find yourself clearing and clearing… your body is likely the weak link and is in need of support.
Your body can get messed with informationally (epigenetic level) as a result of all the pollution on the planet, throwing off optimal functioning. This opens doorways inside the (corrupted) body systems for interference to directly mess with or even control some aspects of your body.
While your body is highly adaptive, the more systems that get corrupted, the body has a harder time optimizing around all the increasing dysfunction and interference. By the time a body has the range of issues I’ve described above, there are a LOT of systems that are corrupted and in need of support. (But which ones? And how?)
I found that as my body became less stable, it became more sensitive to everything and I had to be increasingly more careful (and more aware of my body.) The more I’ve learned to provide my body what it needs, it has become more stable, more adaptable again.
So focusing on providing your body with what it needs gives you more flexibility and allows your body to be more dynamic and enjoyable.
I’ve come to realize that I’m in an intimate relationship with my body, to love, honor, and cherish, all the days of my life. And if I’m ignoring my body and its specific needs and issues, then down the road, my body is no longer going to be able to support me with health and vitality.
We are a team. I need to be in regular conversation and dialog with my body to find out what it most requires and how I can best contribute to its vibrant health.
Along my journey of restoring health to my body, I’ve picked up a lot of information and shortcuts to regaining vibrance.
Here is an overview of the key things I’ve discovered:
2. Sleep is SUPER important
Bodies require a certain amount of sleep nightly in order to process the day’s energies and repair itself. And it does this most effectively when your circadian rhythm is in sync with the planet’s rhythm.
The research on sleep is abundant and clear… if we consistently get less than 7-9 hours of sleep (15% of people only need 5-7hrs), the body becomes unable to repair itself and begins to dramatically break down and go out of balance.
Sleep is a priority for human bodies and thus interference in our reality regularly promotes us going to bed late (throwing us off from the planet’s cycle) and not getting enough sleep so we feel tired and dysfunctional the next day.
Not getting enough sleep creates a “sleep debt” that has to be repaid in order to get the body operating optimally again. You are borrowing from your vitality when you don’t get enough sleep.
Sleep is one of the first things to iron out! Seek to get your sleep as close to optimal as you can, giving your body the best opportunity to integrate, repair, rebuild itself.
Finding your Body’s ideal bedtime and ensuring you consistently get enough sleep will help everything else function better.
If you find that you have difficulties with not getting to sleep, waking up at night or waking up still tired, your body may dramatically benefit from Diagnosing & Preventing those sleep Disturbances.
3. Diet & supplements ARE a part of the picture, but only a part
Most Nutritionists think that everything can be resolve by diet and supplementation. And to some degree that *IS* sort of true. Your body DOES need certain things to remain healthy. Exploring various diets, foods, and supplements is useful, but only in so much as to tell you what YOUR specific body requires.
It’s become really clear to me that there is no one diet that is right for everyone. We all have a unique microbiome (digestive system), body template, and body system that requires specific things to keep that balanced.
So no one diet (Paleo, Vegetarian, Low Carb…) is likely right for you, it’s typically a unique blend of things that you discover during the course of your life that will create optimal health for your body.
No other person on the planet can have the definitive answer for your body. At best a nutritionist can recommend some things to explore and help you to find what most works for your body and run with that. But you’ll likely find that no one “system” is right for your body all the time.
Foods have also become less nutrient-dense and more chemically saturated as a result of modern farming methods. So avoiding foods that don’t feel nurturing to your body and taking appropriate supplements can be increasingly useful.
So start by looking at diet and supplements and seek to mix and match what feels best for YOUR body’s functioning, but realize diet isn’t the whole answer.
4. Hydration can play a significant role
At first glance, hydration seems lame… but it was an important element for me.
How much water does your body need? Well, that varies, it needs “enough” of the right kind of water. I found that if my body doesn’t have enough water, things start to subtly become less optimal and many other systems get stressed out.
Where it comes from and what’s IN the water can be very important, especially if your body is already having some issues.
I reached a point years back where my body didn’t actually like drinking water. And no matter how much water I drank, I still would feel thirsty. I felt caught in a weird trap. This all changed when I discovered “structured water”. It’s water that has been molecularly re-organized and cleansed by nature or a mechanical device.
My partner brought home a water structuring device that rocked my world! Within 3 weeks of using it my energy levels had doubled! It turns out that all the water that a body uses, it will first use energy to cleanse it and restructure it. If you provide your body with clean and structured water, your body does not have to do as much work and the water is more immediately useable.
This not only saves the body energy and effort but also allows the water to be more thirst-quenching! For the first time in my life, I actually was able to enjoy drinking water!
If hydration seems to be an ongoing issue for you, explore getting a structured water device.
I use Natural Action Technology devices, of the ones I’ve tried, my body likes it the best. (I use a “shower” device under my kitchen sink to structure the cold water line and I have one in the shower too! A portable can be fun because you can run it through many times and actually energize the water!)
5. Low energy, depression, low motivation, anxiety, brain fog can be signs of low amino acids
Your body uses specific amino acids to keep emotions & energy levels balanced and keep the brain functioning optimally. If these become too high or too low, weird emotional symptoms start to occur.
About 85% of the people who find my work, can dramatically benefit from taking simple amino acids from the health food store. If you have LOW ENERGY, then amino acids can dramatically improve your body’s emotional state and energy levels on a daily basis!
I discovered this after years of struggling with depression, fatigue, anxiety, and brain fog that just kept getting worse. Not finding a medical solution, I searched for alternatives and found “Targeted Amino Acid Therapy.”
I bought 5 specific amino acids and took them at a very low dose and within 10 minutes I started to feel energized, upbeat, positive, confident, stress-free, and more clear.
While this is a short-term solution until you can resolve the underlying causes, it can be a life-saver to get your body back to feeling good quickly!
When your brain has low amino acids it doesn’t have the raw materials to have the brain communicate correctly, so systems don’t function correctly, causing mood disorders. Simply providing your body with amino acids gives it what it needs to function optimally again!
Even something like hearing controlling/alien voices can be just turned off by taking amino acids. When your systems are off-line, it creates a space where interference can mess with you more. Taking amino acids can close the door to interference for those who have low energy. (If you have high energy, you don’t need more amino acids, you need less… so many of them won’t help)

The amino acids can give your body temporary support while you recalibrate diet, microbiome or reset your body’s information systems. It can be a real life-saver.
6. Recalibrating the brain’s electrical system
One of the most exciting and profound fields I’ve explored is that of Neuro-Biofeedback.
Neuro-Biofeedback is connecting your brain to a computer with EEG sensors (that measure brain waves). The software monitors the patterns and “alerts” your brain with a sound anytime it notices signals that are out of range or glitchy. This reflects back to the brain what’s going on internally inviting the brain to look at those patterns. Over time the brain learns and makes changes that begin to correct many diverse issues in the body.
I’ve tried several different (very costly) bio-feedback systems and only the (less expensive) NeurOptimal® one created a recognizable beneficial impact. Other systems scan “healthy” people and then try to use the feedback to invite your brain to look like that healthy brain. Sometimes these other systems help, sometimes they don’t. The NeurOptimal one doesn’t try to manipulate the brain to look a certain way, it simply flags unusual electrical activity, this appears to make a difference.
After about 20+ sessions (each about 35min long) connected to the sensors and listening to music, things just started to shift.
My need for the aminos became less urgent, I could go for extended times without taking aminos and still feel good. Cravings were less and my relationship with food was just easier and more natural. I also could eat more diverse things without any sign of allergies. My sleep improved and overall I just felt noticeably happier. Life felt better in general, more glad to be alive.
As of this writing, I’ve continued to explore with additional NeurOptimal sessions to see what else would change!
This was the first time I could say that some modality had holistically improved my quality of life in a tangible way! I’m very excited to keep exploring on this path.

7. Body’s Informational systems can get scrambled(Epigenetics)
Increasingly people are finding weird disfunction cropping up in the body that the traditional medical paradigm has no answers or solutions for. If you have a string of bizarre body ailments that doctors can’t seem to figure out, this may be of interest to you.
Researchers are increasingly confirming that at the core of most body disfunction is corrupted or missing information in the body-field.
The body’s energy fields are the frequencies that instruct the physical cells how to behave and function. Epigenetic researchers are discovering that perfectly functioning systems can be triggered by something in the environment (chemicals, trauma, pollution) to become corrupted and turn off that system’s natural healing capacity.
Over time increasing dysfunction occurs as more and more body systems turn off or “forget” what optimal patterns look like.
Researchers have found that by repeatedly reminding the body of how those systems should function optimally, can trigger them to turn back on and “remember” their optimal regenerative patterns.
Reminding the body of these optimal patterns can be done in a variety of ways.
A unique program called NES Health, literally measures your body-field by providing examples of ideal patterns to your body and looking for which one it chooses. That restorative pattern can then be provided by ingesting imprinted water that holds that restorative pattern or using a special device that transmits those ideal patterns back to your body.

“What are all the optimal information patterns that my body desires or requires to allow my body systems to function at ideal levels?”
-ask energies to amplify times a funzillion, then receive them to your local advantage
There may be some systems in your body that have gotten “turned off” and simply need the information to remind them to turn back on in order to repair and rejuvenate your body.
How do you know if your Body needs more support?
The more weird things you have going on in your life,
the more support your body needs!
If your life is basically great and everything is going the way you like, then likely no additional support is necessary for your body.
But if you are finding all manner of odd things happening with your body, funky emotions, low energy, brain fog, food allergies, odd pains, and a host of weird medical things… then your Body asking for support!
Once you become aware, you the Being are harder to mess with… but if your Body system has been compromised by one or more of the above items, then you can be interfered with internally by messing with your body, rather than by messing with you.
While it may seem initially confusing what is your body and what is you the Being, pretty much if it’s happening in your physicality, it’s connected to your body in some way.
If you feel like you are no longer in control of your life and your body has been doing all manner of funky things and feels crappy much of the time, your body SERIOUSLY needs support! No manner of clearing alone is likely to resolve things.
I would encourage you to begin to explore the items on this list and see how you can begin to optimize your body so life in your body can be FUN and feel good. Because it really IS possible to reverse these weird things and get your body functioning optimally again.
It’s just a matter of “where do I start?”
From experience with supporting many people to turn their life around, I would suggest you… start with sleep and work your way down the list.
If your body has a lot of random symptoms, then starting with item #6 is recommended.
Your body knows what it needs, ask it and become skilled at listening to your body’s authentic indicators versus the voice of interference messing with you.
