I’ve learned something so mind-blowing and simple that it’s often hard to wrap your head around… but here it goes:
You feel good to you.
Interference feels like shit to you.
If you feel like shit, you are not feeling YOU…
you are feeling the presence of interference!
Your native frequencies feel REALLY good to you!
When you are feeling JUST your authentic self… you feel SOOOO good!
We’ve been brainwashed to think that we “should” feel bad because of this, that and the other thing… but what if it’s not true?
What if you should NORMALLY JUST FEEL GOOD!!
When you don’t… what if you are simply feeling the presence of a frequency that is not harmonious with yours.
By now most of us “get” that we can feel the moods of other people…
You’re by yourself in a room feeling good…
and some other human in a shitty-mood walks into the room…
You notice YOU start to feel shitty… (hopefully) you don’t own it…
instead, you realize it’s THAT person’s shitty energy! (not yours!)
As long as you don’t attach to their energy as yours, when they leave the room, you go back to feeling good again after they leave.
You are simply feeling their radiant mood.
As you become more aware, you also start to feel non-physical energies of interference) like: entities, demonics, creatures, aliens, gods, tricksters…
Just like human’s, they have a frequency you can feel… and it’s usually mostly icky feeling!
The catch is… this interference stuff is invisible…
but it’s really the same paradigm as the physical…
You’re by yourself in a room feeling good…
and some agent of interference drifts into the room…
You notice you start to feel shitty… (hopefully) you don’t own it…
instead, you realize it’s the presence of interference!
So you Banish it!
You feel good again.
This is what it looks like once you really get it!
But it takes awareness and practice to get to this level!
The change of thinking is:
from: “I feel crappy because of x, y, z…”
to: “I feel the presence of something crappy…”
What if “YOU” don’t feel crappy?!
What if you are feeling the presence of something crappy that is hanging out in your space!
“I feel crappy…” is you OWNING IT AS YOURS.
We’re conditioned to then start looking for a way of justifying WHY “you” are feeling it, so you have an excuse to accept or tolerate it.
“…I must be feeling crappy because of something I ate…”
“…I must feel crappy because I did wrong…”
But now it’s yours, you own it and are STUCK with it till it mysteriously goes away sometime in the future.
Is that fun or empowering? — NO!
It’s you finding a rationale for why you should ALLOW yourself to feel this way.
You are finding an excuse to CHOOSE to feel crappy!
What can you do instead?
When you notice you are feeling crappy… DON’T OWN IT as yours by default!
Look for why it’s NOT yours, first… as it’s often not yours!
Ask questions to look for the source independent of you! (cuz you know “crappy” is not your natural state)
So it sounds more like this:
“I feel this crappy energy… What is this?“
-then PAUSE and deliberately receive (download) more awareness about it
“What can I do with this energy?“
-then PAUSE and deliberately receive (download) more awareness about it
“How can I change this to my local advantage?“
-then PAUSE and deliberately receive (download) more awareness about it
In less than a minute you have invited change rather than owning it!
You’ve invited more awareness… and you have begun to find a solution to resolving it.
Another good question I like is:
“If I wasn’t feeling this, what awareness would I be having?“
-then PAUSE and deliberately receive (download) more awareness about it
you are literally downloading the SOLUTION so that you won’t have it anymore!
Two other alternatives to this are:
“If BODY wasn’t feeling this, what awareness would I be having?“
-then PAUSE and deliberately receive (download) more awareness about it
“If PLANET wasn’t feeling this, what awareness would I be having?“
-then PAUSE and deliberately receive (download) more awareness about it
Asking these questions often just shifts it!
In many cases it’s just realizing that
this funky energy does NOT belong to you
and it releases automatically!
And if it hasn’t, start looking for things to banish…
98% of the time,
you feeling crappy…
is you feeling interference!
Just looking for it and banish it… it makes the crappy go away!
You are back to you, feeling good, empowered and aware.
All because you chose to NOT OWN the funky energies of interference as “yours” when you feel them around you.
This change takes practice… as most people are in the habit of owning everything they feel as theirs!
Once you get it… you find you just start to feel good more and more, for no apparent reason.
But there is a reason…
You are CHOOSING to feel YOU!
(without interference around)
You are CHOOSING to feel good!
You then are more likely to perceive interference “sneaking” into your space, just like you would feel another person entering the room.
You notice it’s not your stuff… and you take action.
You STAY feeling good and clear.
What if you should NORMALLY JUST FEEL GOOD!!
When you don’t…

You being You – feels good.
When interference is around, pretending to be you,
you feel crappy.
Don’t own it… Banish it!
