How do you find sexual freedom?

I’ve spent two-thirds of my life exploring that question. :)

First, What is Sexual Freedom?

To me, it’s my feeling free to sexually express myself in a way that makes ME happy.

- To explore with what feels juicy, exciting, and vibrant to me.
- To explore my fantasies, desires, and those things that intrigue me.
- To have new experiences that expand and inspire me.
- To be able to play & share intense sexual pleasure with my partners.
- To live in a happy Body that enjoys being alive!

What STOPS you from being Sexually Fee?

Many people will say that “they” are somehow stopping themselves… but I’ve found this is NOT true!

YOU ARE NOT STOPPING YOU.

External programming & interference are!

By blaming yourself, you are OWNING what does not belong to you and not allowing yourself a way out.

Do you want to get out of sexual limitation?

==> Does your Body yearn to be Sexually Free?

If so… what stops you?

here are some common things:

People feel they can’t be sexually free because of:

the judgments their family, friends, or partner have.

bad news: Your family, friends or partner are not likely to change at a speed you would like.

good news: When you change your viewpoints, their world will change too!

I used to feel like I was being surrounded by sexual judgments from almost everyone I met. And it’s true, I was!

But I came to realize, that as I clear MY viewpoints & beliefs, I no longer experience other people judging me!

It’s like the judgments I held somehow triggered other people into expressing their judgments at me.

As I cleared MY beliefs and viewpoints, when others come into my space with their judgments, they no longer have anything in me to trigger or activate.

Even BETTER… after I changed MY viewpoints, those of my friends and partners started to soften and change too!

So people in my reality now feel way more accepting and supportive.

Your beliefs DO impact or color your reality.

So the first step is to change YOUR beliefs, and people around you also start to change!

People feel they can’t be sexually free because:

the stories or situations from their past somehow “prove” they are not worthy or shouldn’t go there.

The more aware you become the more you’ll likely find that your past and the stories of your past have been DEEPLY MANIPULATED to deliberately shut you down.

If rather than blaming yourself for those past things, you instead started to look at “How has my life been messed with to create those things?” you are way more likely to find the truth.

When I was younger I used to think that my sexual thoughts and desires were perverted, twisted and sick… like I should be locked up in some mental hospital.

The further along in life I went, I began to realize it wasn’t ME who was the issue. My thoughts and desires were actually quite common and normal compared to most others humans.

What was actually perverted, twisted and sick were the Christian judgments I had picked up that saturate our reality.

Once I let these go… I found that I was actually surprisingly normal.

I found that it was the sex-negative Christian doctrine that was perverted, twisted, and sick. Not me.

Another reason your past history may NOT be true, is that many of us are Walk-ins. (our Being/Spirit came into this body in recent years.)

If you are a walk-in… then chances are good that MOST of those old issues actually happened BEFORE you even arrived!

It was another infinite being that may have had bad judgment or created that weird stuff. It’s not really YOUR truth!

So you really CAN just LET IT GO!

People feel they can’t be sexually free because:

their body doesn’t seem to want sex.

Body’s do the best they can to balance all the needs, functions and beliefs of You (the Being) and the Body.

So Body tries to live by any of your sex-negative beliefs. Body assumes YOU don’t want sex. So your body tries to shut itself down sexually to align with the beliefs you hold.

But this is unnatural for bodies… so it creates an internal struggle.

I had a friend who was completely non-sexual. She said she didn’t want it or need it.

But the deeper we dug, she had an entity inside she had carried since childhood. That entity thought sex was gross. Once we cleared that things shifted.

And once we cleared some of her key sex-negative viewpoints
(god doesn’t want me to have sex, good girls don’t have sex, I’m not allowed to enjoy my body)
she started to find she had really been desiring sex all along… but had too many things in the way to actually go there.

As a result of clearing, she started to have more and more FUN being sexual and began exploring different things she had always wanted to explore!

If your body doesn’t seem to “want” to be sexual…

it likely is more connected to the baggage you are holding,
rather than your body authentically not wanting sex.

Sex makes bodies feel MORE ALIVE!

It’s regenerative, it’s energizing, and FUN!

Bodies LOVE pleasure,
especially sexual pleasure.

So the question becomes…

…do you honor those limitations and keep sex shut down?

…do you find ways to become Sexually Free and express yourself
as YOU most desire?
