Using Questions to discover YOUR truth
What is true for YOU?
First thing to realize is that your mind has been conditioned to hide (and cover up) abnormalities in your reality from you. It seeks to keep everything “normal” and as consistent as possible. So “thinking about” walk-ins is not going to net you any useful information. Your brain is not your friend in this. It will unconsciously do it’s best to hide and distort any information about this.
Your body on the other hand, has been a part of and facilitated all transitions that occur. It is also, quite conscious and aware, independent of you. Your body KNOWS what has occurred, and if you know how to ask, it’s quite happy to tell you!
Light & Expansive = True
Your body has a built-in system for giving you information about what is true for you, but it takes some practice to get used to.
What if what is TRUE for you, creates a sensation of lightness or expansiveness in your body
and what is FALSE for you, creates a sensation of heaviness or contraction in your body?
EXAMPLE:
Let’s explore this… think of something your Body LOVES to eat and something it hates eating. For me, I love ice cream and don’t like spinach… so I’ll use that example… but use whatever YOU like.
Ask your authentic local body:
Body, do you like ice cream ? – now feel for the sensation of response in your body (not mind)
Body, do you like spinach ? – now feel for the sensation of response in your body (not mind)
Now compare the two sensations. Which feels lighter? Which feels heavier?
What is true for you feels lighter or expansive, what is not true feels heavy or contracting.
Try this several times and get a feel for how your Body responds
You can also do this with your name.
In the first blank, write the name you resonate with. In the second blank, write a random name with a different gender.
Example, I would ask:
Body, is my name actual name– Jaden ? Body, is my name fake name– Sally ?
Try it with your real name and a made up name to compare to:
Body, is my name actual name ? – now feel for the sensation of response in your body (not mind)
Body, is my name fake name ? – now feel for the sensation of response in your body (not mind)
Now compare the two sensations. Which feels lighter? Which feels heavier?
What is true for you feels lighter or expansive, what is not true feels heavy or contracting.
The more you practice this, the easier it gets!
Caveat… if you have multiple beings or entities inside your body with you, or a lot of interference going on, this may NOT be so easy to do. There may be a lot of noise as well.
But it still IS possible to hear your body’s response even amidst the noise, it’s just more challenging to do.
If you find this too challenging, you may want to connect with a trained “Detangling Walk-ins facilitator” who knows how to read your body signals and can feel your Body’s responses to heavier and lighter. A facilitator who’s practiced can actually hear it in your voice as well as feel it in their body as your body answers, especially when you speak them a-loud.
Once you are more clear, this is easier to do on your own.
Walk-in Questions…
So let’s use this lighter/heavier feedback to ask some questions about walk-in status.
I’m going to give you some questions to ask your body. Ask your body, out-loud:
A. “Truth, Body am I a walk-in?” (pause and feel what energy comes up)
“or am I the same occupant born into this body?” (pause and feel what energy comes up)
Now check which one of these was lighter or had more information?
This may be blurry, but do your best to get a sense of it. As you ask other questions things usually become more clear.
B. “Truth, Body, have I been the only owner of this body?” (pause and notice)
“or have there been other previous owners of this body?” (pause and notice)
Now check which one of these was lighter or had more information?
If you have been the only owner, then you likely are not a walk-in.
If there have been other owners, then you are a walk-in.
For this next one, we need to clarify terminology…
Think of your body like a house and you the soul/Being has the OWNER of the house.
When a person wants to move, they can sell the house to another owner (occupant) and this new person becomes the new owner. OWNER = PRIMARY OCCUPANT
This is different from visitors, squatters or even renters… they never OWN the house/body, so they are not considered the “primary occupant” and don’t count here.
C. “Truth, Body, how many previous occupants (owners) of this body have there been?”
“ONE?” (pause and notice)
“or MORE than one?” (pause and notice)
Now check which one of these was lighter or has more information?
If ONE was lighter and had more information, then you likely are not a walk-in.
If MORE than one was lighter and had more information, then you are a walk-in.
Looking at the answers to all 3 of these should give you a pretty good idea about your status.
(honestly, if you are still reading this book, it’s likely also another indicator you ARE!) :)
Walk-in Complications?
There are 4 main glitches that can occur with a walk-in process. We’ll briefly look at each of these, but don’t worry if these are not clear, we will address and explain these in a different way later. Right now, don’t think about them too much, just collect information.
If you are getting that you ARE a walk-in, let’s ask some other questions…
(I’ll explain them later, let’s just get some information first.) Write down the answers you get.
1. “Truth, Body, is there any baggage from previous occupants still in the body?”
“or is the old baggage gone?” (pause and notice, which is lighter?)
2. “Truth, Body, are spirits of any previous occupant (owners) still in the body?”
“or are they gone?” (pause and notice, which is lighter?)
Incoming occupants (owners) can get corrupted by demonic or alien energies and trap those corruptions into the body. (called a “shove-in” or “slam-in”)
3a. “Truth, Body, has there ever been a previous occupant (owner) that got corrupted, and attempted to come into body?”
“or has that not occurred here?” (pause and notice, which is lighter?)
b. “Truth, Body, are there corrupted previous occupants (owners) still in the body?”
“or have they been removed?” (pause and notice, which is lighter?)
4. “Truth, Body, am I correctly connected and plugged-in?”
“or am I disconnected from you?” (pause and notice, which is lighter?)
Avoid thinking about it…
Realize that your mind was conditioned by this reality to HIDE from you things that are not considered “normal” or socially acceptable. So your mind has worked pretty hard to hide all this stuff from you and will continue to do this for some time. Also, realize that there are likely things that have occurred in your process that your mind has no context for understanding, so it often resists or just throws out the information because it has no way of making sense of it.
In short, your best shot is to not “think” about this stuff, but rather to use your awareness, intuition or “gut” feelings about things. This will be your MOST ACCURATE source for information during this process.
Over time, your intention to become aware of what occurs begins to open up to pieces of information that help you to put the bigger picture together. If you try to push it, your mind will likely make up stuff to distract and detour you… so it’s generally best to not “think about it” too much. It just tangles things further.
